YAH wants His elderly, disabled, and children unable to walk long distances to have transporation to the Ports. Find a Midpoint location near you then return to complete our Transportation Request Form.
*Please note that we are NOT doing door to door pickups. You must make it to one of the locations on the list for transportation. Completing the form is MANDATORY to receive transportation services.*
